Offer Control
Drawing Review : We will make sure the drawing submitted by a supplier is fulfilled specification or customer specification. We check the relevant parameters according to customer drawing, like material, mechanical property, surface treatment, performance requirements and so on. Of course, the communication is important in this process, we will also communicate with You if any recommendation is given from drawing review.
APQP Process
Involving APQP and PPAP process with the supplier and ensure the relevant requirements will be fulfilled as well as the right documentation to be submitted for the customer.
Quality Control
We have professional and qualified Quality Engineer to control your part’s quality on-site, and report you the measurement value against to the relevant parameters according to your drawing or international standard. In order to identify the potential failure and cut down the failure quality cost, we provide our customer with the quality control service at the process of Trial Run Production, In-Process Inspection during Mass Production as well as Final Inspection process.
(All operations above will base on International Standard or Customer Standard stated in the contract signed between supplier and customer).
If Any Quality Issue
- In order to give a prompt and accurate feedback to the customer after any nonconformity is found at customer’s production line, we provide You with the prompt feedback by investigating the quality failure with the supplier and answer You the root cause within 24 hours.
- What we need from You when raising a quality issue :
- Failure sample picture
- Purchasing Order Number / Lot Number of the Nonconformity parts
- Keep the Nonconformity parts and send back to us for the relevant investigation
- 8D report would be submitted once the Root Cause is stated and confirmed.
- The relevant corrective action , improvement solution or delivery schedule would be submitted for Your reference.
