ARK FASTECH 2024 Sustainability Report

ARK FASTECH CORP. is pleased to announce the publication of its 2024 Sustainability Report, demonstrating the Company’s commitment to responsible business practices, transparent governance, and long-term sustainable development.

This report presents ARK FASTECH’s sustainability strategy, management approach, and performance across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions. It is prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards 2021 (Core option), with reference to the SASB Industrial Machinery & Goods Standard, and aligned with the AA1000 Accountability Principles (2018). These internationally recognized frameworks ensure that the report is structured, comparable, and aligned with global sustainability disclosure expectations.

The Sustainability Report follows four key AA1000 principles: Inclusivity, Materiality, Responsiveness, and Impact. Through systematic stakeholder engagement and materiality assessment, ARK FASTECH identifies priority sustainability topics, establishes governance and management policies, and defines action plans to address stakeholder expectations and sustainability risks and opportunities.

The reporting period covers 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025. Unless otherwise specified, all information disclosed reflects the Company’s performance during this period. The reporting boundary includes all operations of ARK FASTECH CORP., including sustainability management activities conducted at the Company’s headquarters located at 7F-E, No. 186, Dongning Road, East District, Tainan City, Taiwan.

ARK FASTECH believes that sustainability is a core pillar of long-term corporate success. The Company continues to strengthen its governance framework, promote responsible supply chain management, and advance low-carbon initiatives. In response to evolving global regulatory requirements, including CBAM and carbon pricing mechanisms, ARK FASTECH has implemented carbon accounting and emissions data management practices to support customers in reducing carbon cost exposure and enhancing supply chain transparency.

The Company actively collaborates with stakeholders—including customers, suppliers, employees, and local communities—to enhance operational resilience and foster sustainable value creation.
